To provide you with more autonomy during the claims process, we are pleased to let you know that you can now make updates to submitted or authorized claims without having to contact LGM, and parts and labor summaries are now available self-serve.

How do I update a previously submitted claim?

With this new functionality in the HUB, you can now retrieve a claim that was previously submitted, make any desired updates, and resubmit the claim to LGM for approval without needing to pick up the phone or send us an email. Simply follow the steps below:

  1. Login to the HUB
  2. Navigate to the claim
  3. Click the ‘Update’ Button
  4. Edit the claim information as required
  5. Resubmit to LGM for review and approval

How do I access the self-serve parts and labor summary?

No more time wasted searching through emails to find a parts and labor summary! Now you can go back into an authorized claim in the HUB and email yourself a parts and labor summary at your own convenience. Simply follow the steps below:

  1. Login to the HUB
  2. Navigate to the claim e-invoice
  3. Click the envelope icon found on the right-hand side of the e-invoice
  4. Click ‘Email Pt. Summary’
