New mandatory field in Quick Quote – email field
In an effort to provide ongoing support to our dealerships, a great customer experience for the contract holder and meet our regulatory requirements, LGM will be collecting contract holder emails.
As a best business practice, it is important for LGM to be able to contact contract holders. Currently more than 60% of the contracts sold do not have an email address on file. As a result, this limits LGMs ability to send any mandatory documents or changes via email.
Beginning February 27th, 2020 the email field in Quick Quote will be a mandatory field. We will ask you to mention the best email address to contact contract holders for every contract sold.
Please note that as of February 27th, 2020 you will no longer be able to finalize a purchase without a client email address. However, the email address will not be required to save a quote.
