Updated online claims portal now available  

We are pleased to announce updates to our online claims’ submission portal effective April 28. The improvements are a direct result of your feedback and designed to give you more visibility on claims status and simplify component entry in a claim. Furthermore, the next update coming May 5, will support document uploads within the HUB. These three enhancements are designed to improve your claim processing experience. We encourage you to become familiar with the new functionalities and learn how to take full advantage of the changes by reviewing our guides, found here, and can also be located in your Service Tools and FAQ Section of the HUB. Please be advised that HUB is removing support for Internet Explorer, these new enhancements perform best in Google Chrome.
