Important Service Update: Settlement Phone Queue No Longer Available as of Oct 4, 2021

This is an important notice regarding an upcoming change to LGM’s Settlement support service.

As we strive to improve our service and provide you with more self-serve and digital opportunities, LGM will be transitioning to offering settlement support exclusively online through FAQs in our Dealer Knowledgebase, located in HUB. Due to the successful adoption and positive feedback received from dealers and repair facilities regarding our self-serve support thus far, we have concluded that we can continue to exceed expectations with online-only settlement support; thus, as of October 4th, 2021, we will be transitioning away from our phone service to provide you with an improved online support service. Please rest assured our team will remain available to make outbound phone calls for urgent or sensitive requests needing additional support.

We are excited that this online transition will allow us to continue to provide you with efficient and excellent service, and we assure you that the quality of our service will continue to improve and exceed your expectations.

Why transition to exclusively online support?

This transition will have many benefits for you and your dealership as we aim to constantly improve our service.

  1. Real-time answers: Skip the wait in the phone queue and get real-time answers. Our centralized and easy-to-use Dealer Knowledgebase is ready with immediate answers to your questions and will equip you with essential information at your fingertips.
  2. Self-serve access: Our online claims tool allows you to submit payments at any time.

Where do I go for online support?

As of October 4th, 2021, please access our self-serve FAQs in the Dealer Knowledgebase located in HUB (see access instructions below). As needed, we will also be available to support you via email at settlement@lgm.ca. Please rest assured our team will also remain available to make outbound phone calls for urgent or sensitive requests needing additional support.

  • Login to HUB
  • Navigate to the left-hand menu in HUB.
  • Click on “FAQ” – this will open the Dealer Knowledgebase for you.
