Service Update | How to Contact LGM’s Customer Experience Team

LGM has rebranded our Service teams to now be referred to as the Customer Experience teams. The Customer Experience teams are eager to support your needs. Read on to find out how to reach them!

As a reminder, LGM’s Customer Experience teams have been renamed as follows:

  • Customer Care (formerly known as Claims) – The Customer Care team is here to support dealers, repair facilities and contract holders with coverage inquiries and claims submissions, specifically focused on the adjudication of claims.
  • Customer Success (formerly known as Dealer Support) – The Customer Success team supports dealers with policy administration and sales, responds to Live Chat inquiries related to policy and claim initiations, answers consumer coverage requests, and supports all business units on dealer and repair facility management.
