Dear Dealer Partner,

Please be advised that the following process and functionality change will be implemented in the LGM online sales portal (DRC).

Effective February 1, 2013, the “Mail Out” option for the LGM Introduction Letter will no longer be available.

As of February 1, 2013, the LGM Introduction Letter will be printed as the first page of the customer documentation. It will be the responsibility of the selling dealer to provide the customer with the letter as part of the contract/policy package.

Prior to completing a purchase in the DRC, the selling dealer must acknowledge and agree to this process.

This change has been implemented to improve efficiency as well as to ensure consumers are receiving their complete contract/policy from LGM.
