Lienholder Functionality
Previously when selecting our no interest deferred payment plan the process was to utilize the lienholder pull down and select LGM Financial Services. Effective May 1 this option has been renamed to NiDPP.
Enhanced Rate Options
Effective May 1 when utilizing the rate exploder option functionality we have enhanced this usability enabling flexibility in this tool.
The enhanced Rate Options functionality allows you to update coverage information directly from the Rate Exploder; this functionality simplifies the process of offering alternative options to your customers. Please see attached Quick start guide.
