Email addresses verification for NIDPP customers
In order to pursue our effort to provide ongoing support to our dealerships, a great customer experience for the contract holder and meet our regulatory requirements, LGM will be introducing a verification step for all email addresses entered in QuickQuote when at least one product is financed through NIDPP.
Beginning May 6, NIDPP customers will receive an automated email asking them to verify their email address. The email will summarize what products have been purchased, what dealership they were purchased at and will inform customers that at least one product was purchased through NIDPP. It will then include a link for them to click on in order to verify their email address.
Even though this new verification will not impact you directly, we wish to keep you informed of this new step for your customers. Also, we believe that informing customers they will receive an email can only ensure a greater customer experience and we recommend you let them know at time of purchase.
