HUB will no longer be supported on Internet Explorer.

Please note, Microsoft is ending support for all Internet Explorer (IE) browser versions as of Aug 17, 2021. This would impede LGM’s ability to address IE specific issues found in LGM HUB. As a result, we will also be ending support for LGM HUB on IE browsers effective July 1, 2021. This means that any bugs or issues found that are only specific to IE browser will not be addressed.  

While IE browsers may still be used, users may face degraded experiences and certain features may cease to work. Internet Explorer users currently have a message on the header that states “HUB support for Internet Explorer will end June 30, 2021. Please use: Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Safari”.

On July 1st, the message will change to “It appears you’re using an unsupported browser. Supported browsers are: Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari”.  

We recommend users switch to a different browser as soon as possible, to avoid any disruptions in service such as degraded performance or security vulnerabilities.
