Introducing LGM Academy: LGM’s new dealer training brand with added content!

We are excited to introduce you to LGM Academy, our newly rebranded dealer training offer. LGM Academy was created to provide you with an enhanced training experience that supports our values of learning and development.

Formerly My Distinction Learning, LGM Academy is where you can access a wide range of high quality, online training courses, including essential product knowledge courses, insightful dealer tips, and exciting opportunities for development.

For your convenience, as of October 1st, training will continue to be accessed the same way via HUB, by clicking on the ‘LGM Academy’ tab that will replace the former ‘LGM Distinction’ tab in the menu bar on the left of the screen.

Along with this rebranding, we are excited to announce that we have partnered with Big Think+, the world’s largest archive of video lessons that teach essential 21st century skills from the world’s top minds. From this partnership, we will offer you more exclusive training content for developing soft skills, with short courses (35 minutes or less) ranging from Selling with insight, Emotional Intelligence, and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion. We will even have a designated ‘Women’s Corner,’ with lessons curated specifically for women’s development.

Learn about all these fascinating topics from renowned speakers like, Elon Musk (Founder/CEO of SpaceX and CEO/Product Architect at Tesla), Michelle Thaller (Astronomer and Assistant Director at NASA), Shane Battier (Former NBA player), and Chris Voss (Former FBI Negotiator and Founder/CEO of the Black Swan Group Ltd).
