LGM is launching a Live Chat to better support dealers

LGM is excited to announce that yet another step in providing greater service to our dealers: we’re launching a bilingual Live Chat feature on March 24! The tool will be available to Financial Services Managers (FSMs) directly in the HUB and aims to provide personalized support during business hours. Now FSMs can multitask while skipping phone and email wait times – a win-win! We ask that you please limit your request to one communication channel to ensure that we resolve your request in the most efficient way.

Please rest assured that our Dealer Support team will continue to provide seamless assistance in answering your questions and will be there to always support you. Our chatbot, called CLEO, will also help gather and authenticate customer information before passing a chat along to our team — allowing us to jump right and help you!
