LGM’s new Live Chat feature is now live! 

LGM is excited to announce that our bilingual Live Chat feature is now live! Financial Services Managers (FSMs) can now skip phone and email wait times when using this tool, which is easily accessible through the HUB. We ask that you please limit your request to one communication channel to ensure that we resolve your request in the most efficient way.

Our Dealer Support team is equipped and ready to provide seamless assistance in answering any questions FSMs may have and will be there to help them navigate all of our new self-serve features in the HUB. They’ll also continue to provide their support through phone and email. Our chatbot, called CLEO, will also help gather and authenticate customer information before passing a chat along to our team — allowing us to jump right and help you!
