Live chat to now support claims-related inquiries! 

LGM is excited to announce that in our pursuit to provide you with an enhanced claims experience, we will be launching Live Chat for claims on January 17!

Cleo, our bilingual (English and French) chatbot, will first gather some information about your inquiry before seamlessly passing you along to an experienced Customer Care Adjuster! This additional communication channel will provide you with real-time responses to claims questions while skipping phone and email wait times. 

Please rest assured that our Customer Care team will remain available to provide real-time support between 8:30AM – 7:00 PM EST and will still be available for claims support via phone and/or email for any complex inquiries. However, we ask that you please limit your request to one communication channel to ensure that we resolve your request in the most efficient way. 

What will be supported through the claims Live Chat?

Cleo can provide you with real-time updates on the following: 

  • Void claims
  • Amendments to claims (adding or removing parts or labour)
  • Unlocking claims
  • Coverage inquiries
  • HUB training (support in submitting online claim)
  • Status updates for claims

What will NOT be supported through the claims Live Chat?
 

Cleo cannot support the following: 

  • Initiation of a claim
