Service Update | Introducing LGM’s newly rebranded Customer Experience Team

We have some exciting information to share with you about an upcoming change in LGM’s service.

As of October 1st, 2021, LGM’s Service team will evolve to be known as the Customer Experience team. With this new vision, we want to assure you that the quality of service you receive will continue to improve. We are proud to demonstrate our commitment to providing excellent experiences for our dealers and customers and look forward to continuing to exceed your expectations!

What will change?

Effective October 1st, LGM’s existing Customer Experience teams will be renamed as follows:

  • Customer Care (formerly known as Claims) – The Customer Care team is here to support dealers, repair facilities and contract holders with coverage inquiries and claims submissions, specifically focused on the adjudication of claims and overseeing loss mitigation efforts.
  • Customer Success (formerly known as Dealer Support) – The Customer Success team supports dealers with policy administration and sales, responds to Live Chat inquiries related to policy and claim initiations, answers consumer coverage requests, and supports all business units on dealer and repair facility management.

How can I contact the Customer Experience teams?
