We’re thrilled to announce a revised launch date for our new and improved point-of-sale system: HUB will go live on October 10, replacing the Digital Resource Centre (DRC) to support your financial services business needs.

Many of you have already had an introduction to the HUB by your Dealer Development Manager, during an intro webinar, or through exploring the “sandbox” demo/practice site. If you haven’t already, you can log in to the HUB demo site now using your existing DRC User ID and passwordhttps://demo.lgmhub.ca/

You’re also encouraged to watch a 2-minute HUB overview video for a quick training refresher which outlines key highlights within the new system. In addition, Quick Reference Guides with step-by-step instructions on how to use the HUB are available in Sales Tools.

HELPFUL TIP
For those using older versions of Internet Explorer, you may be compromising your overall web experience without realizing it. Enhance web security and optimize user experience for HUB and other websites by ensuring your browser is up-to-date.

EXTENDED CUSTOMER SERVICE HOURS
We are here to ensure your transition from DRC to HUB is as seamless as possible. Your DDM will continue to be your key point of contact throughout this process, supported by LGM’s Customer Service team.

In addition to our regular Monday – Saturday business hours, Customer Service will also be available on Thanksgiving holiday Monday (October 10) from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm EST by calling the main line at 1-800-510-8372 or by emailing service@lgm.ca.

You will also have access to additional HUB support on Sundays following launch (Oct. 16, 23, 30, & Nov. 6) between 11:00 am – 5:00 pm EST by calling 1-877-430-3167.
